Show Up Sunrise Session

Cold exposure and breathwork is a ritual in our lives and the aim is to bring the routine to all whilst building a wholesome and conscious community. I know I hear you ask, "but why the early mornings", well because it sucks, honestly, it sucks all the way up to the moment it starts, you take that first deep breath as a community, soaking up the early morning rays and finally get to jump head first into frosty waters! Then, then we promise you it will be the best day you have had in a long time, guaranteed.

We do this every week on Wednesday at sunrise through the winter, so come along, wear some warm clothes and let's break down barriers between the partiers, yogis & adventurers and make breathwork a normal part of everyones lives.
