Classes are designed for all fitness levels and evolve with our clients’ progress. 
With options for group sessions, one-on-one training, and specific classes focused on functional strength, balance, or flow,

Enhancing flexibility, joint health, and core control for a body that is adaptable and injury-resistant.

The Balance and Proprioception sessions aim to refine your coordination, stability, and body awareness by strengthening core and stabiliser muscles, thereby improving posture and preventing injuries.

Fostering fluid, mindful movement that unites body and breath, helping clients to embrace movement as a form of active meditation.

Our Flow classes are designed to enhance your mobility and flexibility through fluid, mindful movements, connecting breath with motion to promote mental clarity and reduce stress.
