The Balance and Proprioception sessions aim to refine your coordination, stability, and body awareness by strengthening core and stabiliser muscles, thereby improving posture and preventing injuries.
FLOW
Fostering fluid, mindful movement that unites body and breath, helping clients to embrace movement as a form of active meditation.
Our Flow classes are designed to enhance your mobility and flexibility through fluid, mindful movements, connecting breath with motion to promote mental clarity and reduce stress.
